Great people, great price!!! I must say I was very pleased with everyone at Rountree Ford! Corey really went above and beyond to help me out. He even made me a fresh cup of coffe!! Wow!!! thank you Rountree for making it so easy and effortless for me to choose you as my new hometown dealership! See you all very soon for my wife's new vehicle.

No communication and poor attitude I recently brought in a 2016 Ford Transit Connect that had a check engine light (o2 sensor) on, after keeping it for 2 days I get told that they don't know what the problem is, I had to call to get that information as I never received a call btw. They said just drive it and if it comes back on to come back. Well it came came back on and this time with a transmission code. Customer safety is not a concern I came in to get an oil change and have my tire replaced. I was told a few days earlier when I had a flat that there was a small knot in my tire and will need to replace it as soon as possible. I told the guy and the first thing he tells is that the wholesale tire place is not open today. I wait for my car as usual and when it was time to pay for the oil change I was told the knot was so small that it was not an issue. Terrible service I bought a new car for my wife a few months ago. Brand new 2016 Ford Fusion sports edition. Buying process wasn't bad...so I thought. Was told from the sales person my 1st oil change would be free. Agreed on the price, shook hands, and then filled out paperwork. Few months later my wife takes the car up there to get her 1st oil change and was told there is no record of a free oil change and that she would have to pay $50. Walter the Sales Manager Recently visited Roundtree Ford, Shreveport. After being shown a car the sales person asked to introduce his manger. I waited to be greeted in the lobby. Sales person came back out and asked for me to come into the sale managers tower. Very Disappointed took my 07 mustang in cause check engine light was on. car has been slightly modified, i.e., a sports tune. they kept the car 3 days then called to tell me they couldn't work on it. said it was TOO modified. took it to a local mechanic who found the problem was a wire against the header, took about an hour to fix. I was way past disappointed that the dealer didn't even look at my car and took 3 days to tell me that.
