Today Max came for our initial termite treatment. He was very informative on what he was going to do, suggestions on what to do to prevent termites and answered any questions I had. I am extremely happy with his service and would highly recommend him and Rottler.
The Rottler technican, Jason, who services our home is always prompt, friendly, accomodating and professional. He provides us with a detailed description of everything he did in and around our home immediately following each visit. We have had to call the office a couple times to request a special appointment, seperate from our regular service. They were able to send Jason out the same day or the next day to take care of what we needed. Great company! Excellent customer service in the office and in the field.
The technician was very familiar with my problem and told me exactly what was going to be done. After he set up the termite traps we were rid of the pests and they have not returned, Rottler has an excellent reputation and truly lives up to it. I would NEVER, EVER use this company again. We called Rottler out to our home to inspect our attic and found out we had raccoons up there. The initial inspector was nice and explained the process to us. He said they leave the traps up for a week to make sure there are no other adults up there and then they go up and rescue the babies. Upon setting the traps, the mother was killed the first night- which I do not agree with- she had babies up there with her.
