We have used Rottler’s service for 5 years, since we moved into this home. Jason and Wake are 2 of the techs we have used. Currently Jason is assigned to our property and he is always professional and is willing to address any and all of new nuisances we are battling with critters or insects. We highly recommend their services.
The inspector was very professional and open about what the pest issues were. Max, who came out and did the initial extermination was open, answered all my questions and seemed to do a great job, leaving me his personal phone number if there was a problem. I am always happy to use a local company and am happy with what I have seen so far.
Just had Rottler install a new Sentricon system around the house as a preventative measure. Took less than 90 minutes and the technician did a very clean job. Thank you Max Herr for taking care of us. Also signed up for Rottler’s Signature pest control service and could not be more pleased with the first visit.
I am so happy I had Rottler Pest come out. They helped rid of our ant problems. They were very informative and professional.
They came out looked down the chimney with his phone flashlight and said nope nothing down there! Well next company came out checked it out there was a huge squirrel nest and squirrels in fireplace. Would not recommend this company to anyone. Sorry I wasted my time.
