RecommendedBeen using them for a year now. My whole neighborhood uses a different service and all of them still complain about spiders and pests. Ever since Chad started coming out and doing our service we've had almost zero problems while our neighbors continue to use a competitor and get worse results.. And on the couple occasions I've had a wasp issue he's come out extra (with a smile) and taken care of it right away. This company really is just better.

Jeff, our service person, came for our first treatment and was so very knowledgeable and informative. He took the time to explain to us what he was going to do and the resining behind it. He worked very efficiently covering every corner of our house and garage, inside and out. We are planning a long relationship with Rottler!

Matt Hall does an excellent job of exterminating and educating his customers. He is knowledgeable, credible and friendly.
We reached out to Rottler after finding some not-so-welcome 8 legged inhabitants in our unfinished basement. From first point of contact, calling to schedule our consultation, to our first visit from a field tech, we couldn't be more pleased with the service we recieved. They are very quick to respond to calls and always on time for appointments. Very thorough with examining the house and grounds for any problems and careful when treating areas with pets. Always pleasant to deal with and focused on doing a good job. Thanks Mark!
I have had nothing but great service from Rottler!
Our technician Adam H was awesome!!! He was thorough while explaining what his equipment/service should do to help. We had Adam for the past few months due to mice and a few pesky chipmunks. I can say that since we had Rottler out, our problems have gone away. We will continue our treatment all year long and I would recommend others do as well. Ask for Adam.
