This was Austin’s first time servicing our home. He was on time, masked up with proper coverings over his shoes. He was polite and very thorough making sure he knew exactly what was needed. Once he completed the inside of the house he gave a quick report before going outside to finish. I called Rottler Pest Solutions after moving into my new home because i was seeing ants on the deck and a few in the home. Spiders were beginning to come in also. They responded and were at my house in a couple days. While ants are hard to get rid of immediately they did slow down. Rottler came back for the follow up and i haven't seen any since. Spiders were gone the first time. The people are very friendly and thorough. I like the fact they didn't wet spray my baseboards and carpet. I would definitely recommend them.
We have always been pleased with our technician but today he went above and beyond. He arrived within an hour of my call because I saw a few wasps in the house. He promptly killed the ones I saw, explained to me what he could do to stop the problem, treated our home, did a visual inspection and reminded me to follow up if we still have concerns. And politely went on his way. Really really appreciate the efficient and pleasant service!
