Dustin was our Technician (for bees/wasps/hornets) and was very upfront and communicative about what he was going to do and how. He quoted us high at first since much of our issue wasn’t entirely in clear view and he wanted to be safe, but was very honest about the scope of work when he got into it and dropped the cost down. We are constantly getting venders coming by trying to get our business. Not going to happen anytime soon, as long as Jason is our technician. He is always on time, concerned if there are any issues. Always on time, very professional, kind and attentive.
They have been amazing. Treated the whole home for termites including the back which had a very large, old patio. The patio is being replaced and they are re-treating the soil since it was disturbed. No charge I might add. Great customer service is hard to come by these days and James and his crew have been great.
I recently had raccoons in my attic. Rottler came to my rescue! Thanks to techs Brian B. and Mike and to Casey and his crew. Everyone was knowledgeable, worked efficiently, and were considerate of my concerns. They helped me get through a difficult situation I highly recommend them!
