Much to our surprise and chagrin we learned our beautiful cedar pergola had acquired a new resident - Carpenter Bees. John is so nice and professional. Took care of the inside of my house and if I need them to come back because of springtails to feel free to call them and he would come and retreat. So helpful and takes care of any problems that might arise in the future. I highly recommend Rottler
