Had a water replaced along with water restoration. Fast and quick response. Job was done in a few days. Techs were professional and friendly. Great experience!
We called Roto-Rooter and a man came to diagnose the problem. He said he could replace our water heater for $2400. When my husband said that it seemed like an outrageous price, the diagnosis changed multiple times. Lots of red flags. Finally he said he could replace a part for $1200. He pushed my husband to sign a contract and told him he must sign. He did not explain what my husband was signing and was extremely adamant that he needed to sign immediately. I was so thrilled with the work with the guys at Roto-Rooter. Having a plumbing problem that flooded my house was a disaster, but everyone at Roto-Rooter worked to help get me back to better than new condition. They were so nice and patient in explaining everything to me. I highly, highly recommend them!!!
They installed a water heater in October 2022 $3700 May 2023 they replaced due to it quit working cost $1800. said labor was not covered, SCAM company

Austin, TX: I had Roto-Rooter come out to quote me on a simple diagnostic to determine why one of my properties' tank wasn't igniting and to fit a collar on the pipe. Before even looking at the details of the unit, they quoted me $700. The quote wasn't itemized at all and when I asked them what it's for, they verbally said getting and fitting the collar on the pipe, cleaning the basin of the tank, and servicing the burner.
