We were desperate had a leak in downstairs from 2nd level primary bathroom toilet and tub... just put everything back together and it happened again. Called RR and they came out snaked the line and used a camera $700 later still never said what problem really was and never got back with us after calling them twice. Will NEVER use them again. This place rips people off and are dishonest!! When I asked how much the service would be before they came I was told that they have to assess the situation. Now I spoke with a manager and was told that each job has a flat rate fee that is charged. You are paying for the vehicle that they drive and mileage - this incorporated into their labor charge. CUSTOMERS BEWARE! This business is pathetic. Under NO circumstances will they honor their warranties! They are your typical commercialized company using loop holes and cop outs. I will never let this company work on my property again.

Was here for 1/2 hr. put a snake down the drain in the kitchen. $600 When I asked why the high price, was told that was the way it is. Way out of line. would never call them again.

SCAMMERS,SCAMMERS,SCAMMERS They will tell you that your drain is clogged to the point that you need a HIGH -POWERED PROCEDURE to make you spend more money. Charged me $1300 when all I needed was a regular snaking . And clog still came back.!!!!STEER CLEAR of them!!!!

I paid 10,000 to fix my drain in the center of my lawn. The tech that came cut my sprinkler system and didn't fix it before back filling. Tried to call them and send them email and let them know about my sprinkler but not responding on both. Unprofessional company, I regret to get their service.

Terrible business. Just out to take your money. Had them out a week ago to clear line and said it was warranted to stay clear. Clogged up again and they won't fix it unless I pay $3000 dollars to clean lines. What a joke company.

I don’t even want to give them 1 star they are some really crooked people. I wish my husband and I had looked up some of these complaints first. These people know how to manipulate the elderly. They broke a window when they put the humidifier on the window and now refuse to pay for the damage window. The safety manager stated that it could have have been a manufactured issue. What a crock of crap. DONT hire this company. .
