they did the job but charged an enormous amount of money for a job most companies charge $500 less, they are highway robbery and stay away from them. They take cash and then claim not to have any change, so your huge bill just got larger with a forced tip. there are many other companies who do this, done use this one and empty your wallet. They are Extortionist, scammers and stay away from them

My bathtub was not draining. They snaked it and said a pipe was broken behind the wall. I could not use the tub or the shower. They said they would fix it for $900 and could come the next day. They fixed it but it cost me more than $300 an hour. I am 88 and live alone. I think this is outrageous. Beware consumers! They also state they are not responsible for any damage caused by them which they did not point out to me.

I had the misfortune to ask RotoRooter's Solon Ohio office for a service last month to look into a leaking problem from an upstair shower. They not only did *not* fix the problem, but also sent me a bill for $1400 without any details. After weeks of calling and emailing, I finally got line items on how they came up with such a large bill when problems were not fixed and I am left with a cutoff ceiling. On May 8th 2021 I called for service for one of the rentals, after looking at the site an estimate of $2500 was given to me. They said that a camera was to be at the site on Sunday but never showed up. May 10th after the camera inspection I revived a call saying that the work will be reduced to $1300 and they needed my approval so I did (at that time I was on Dallas TX). Did very good work.But when asked for break down of prices for my home warranty company could not give it to me.All they gave me is amounts charged no break down of everything on it.Says parts amount,Miscellaneous amounts and labor amounts but cant tell what all this is for.Called other companies and found out way over charged.Due to can not break down what parts where and prices can not get reimbursed from home warranty.Also the receipts are written sloppy can not read them.

I wish 0 stars was an option. I had a small sewer back up in my property, the plumber from roto rooter was fine and fixed the blockage asap. The problem is with the scum bag water restoration representative. They employ scare tactics and told my tenants to leave the property because the air is toxic! There was less than a millimeter of water on my tile floor in the basement and they want to rip the dry wall and baseboard out! UNBELIEVABLE!! I have had some issues with Roto-Rooter Company. I have blindly trusted them for years, because some of them are probably trust-worthy. However, I have realized that some of them are not. 1. I got 2 ejector pumps, one cost more at one house than it did at the other. They were both installed a week apart, so there was no time for a price increase. Charged us 5000 dollars to fix the backup and it never got fixed where the problem was. They just dug up 30 feet of yard put new pipe there and never fixed the backup under the house where the problem was in the first place.tolf me I needed to fix that myself. I would never recommend roto rooter for any plumbing issue you have. I could have done it myself for 1200.

Horrible service. Been waiting since 11:30 am and it’s now 5:00 pm and no one has showed yet. Can’t get a straight answer as to when they’re going to show up.
