We had roto rooter come into our home on Monday May 24 2021. It took three techs and three different trips to find a blockage just before the street. Gave us a couple of quotes. We set it up for them to come into our home to clean it up. Which we hard already started to remove the carpet and had removed all the standing water. If I can give 0 stars I would. I had their drain services last week and experience the same issue the day after, decided to rent a drain snake from *********and see if we have any lucks. Unfortunately, the drain is still clogged up. and decided to call the day after to ask if they have any warranties for their work. They told me normally don't give warranties for their work, and I have to call within 24 hours to see if I have any luck with the warranties. THAT just a lame excuse for not cover their work. Scheduled to get jetting in water and sewer pipes due to an overflowing toilet and slow draining bathroom sinks. Prior to visit my husband took off toilet to initially try to snake himself, but failed. A co-manager of mine recommended this company and so I was confident we would be happy with the results. I was given a window time and no one showed up. I had to go into work, so I had my 20 year old son stay home just in case they showed up. Three additional hours after window time someone showed up. First technician was here under an hour said he found no roots or blockage, while my entire lower basement had just been covered in raw sewage. I had to ask this technician to run the water to make sure he cleared the line as he had said. He left after the water ran one minute, 3 minutes later my bathroom downstairs was getting coated again. I was grossly over charged for a replacement of an ejector pump. It occurred on a holiday and was told that he charges extra for work on holidays although Roto Rooter says it doesn't allow. One hour and a half of work and was charged $1950!! 755 for labor and $1211 for the part. Customer Be Ware!!!!

One of the worst customer service experiences I ever had. Scheduled for plumbing service and they did not show up within timeframe they quoted for service. Once they were late I called them for status update. The person on the phone told me he just showed up for work and does not know about the status. Once I insisted on a status update since him not showing up for work and me not getting service have no connection for service being late. I wish I could give a negative 5 starts. I trust this team of people in my house with a clean up. I’m missing over 1600$ worth of my shoes. The manager Sam called me and all they could offer me was 300$. ABSOLUTELY disgusted with these guys! DON’T use them unless you like your things coming up missing.

My experience with Roto Rooter was terrible. All but 1 person I talked to seemed like they were trying to take advantage of my family who was in a vulnerable position. The people I talked to were misleading at best and more than likely just dishonest. They came to help with water in my basement and when I said we were not moving forward with anything until I saw a quote, it took 3 days of me constantly following up to get information on pricing.
