Do not use this company. They told me I needed a full dig and pipe replacement to my waterline. I had a local plumber come out and he was able to clear the drain in a couple hours for $200.00. Rotorooter stated that they could replace the pipe, even though the pipe did not need replaced,for 5500.00!!! The pipe did not need replacement. Do not use this company. They are a scam and their technician are not plumbers. Stay away from this company.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. It was ROTO ROOTER Water Restoration in ******* ** Our basement flooded overnight and we called multiple companies ASAP. They were the first to reach out so we went with them. They overcharge on every single thing they do. They falsify charges. There were 10 items on my **** (that they would not provide until all the work is complete, the workers just kept saying my boss will provide an itemized **** when all the work is complete) for work that they never even did. I had service done back in August ****************** over $4800.00. I have tried for two weeks to get someone to fax 2 invoices to my insurance agent. Have called again today, no response.I went to their offices on Monday, Oct. 11th spoke with ***** about this matter. He stated that ******* would be in on Tuesday, Oct. 12th and send fax she would then call me to certify that the information had been faxed. They are predators. I paid then $150 to clean main line and when that did not help they told me I needed to pay an additional $630 to remove the toilet and clean that line. Then the told me that I needed to pay an additional $4400 because there were roots in the line and it needed to be replaced. They told me that they could not clear the roots because that would cause the pipe to collapse and if the roots are not cleared I could not flush toilet paper. I called and asked for an estimate on. drain blockage. I come home from work. my wife just paid them $3000 for a drain cleaning. Where did this come from? My wife thought the guy was doing right. The work was not completed. Slug coming out from my floor still. I wanted a snaking. This was a complete sell up scam.

TLDR: roto rooter is a money hungry piece of ****company that will do anything and everything possible at the expense of the customer to get some extra bucks.After having sewage water backflow through our pipes and completely wreck our basement, we did what most people would do and looked up companies to come out and help us out. The first one to pop up with the best reviews was Roto rooter. My shower head was leaking. I called on Thursday last week. The plumber came 2 hours after my call. He cut the water, took out 1 s**** of the shower faucet, told me the cartridge needed replacing, check on his **** he didn't have the right part, went to buy a part, pushed the new cartridge in, replaced the screw, unscrewed the shower head to flushed out debris, screwed showerhead back. Recently schedule with Roto - Rooter to unclogged my interior drainage technician come right on lime and took 20 minutes to unclogged. However, they charge me $254 for 20 minutes. So very carefully use this company for service. I am done with them and never used them again. Very expensive not make sense to charge that much money for the 20 minutes to do the snake only. ******

I was ripped off by the tech. When I called him out on it he admitted that he ripped me off, the GM Rick promised me a full refund and I have yet to receive my money back as promised. They double charged me and he was ok doing that to me. How many people has this company done this to?
