Rude and non compliant personnel: I had a blocked kitchen sink. I called rotorooter. Two guys showed up at the door. Both came in, they had no mask, no shoe covers and gloves. I asked them where are their masks, because when called at the rotorooter phone number, there is tape recorded message that they will wear a mask, shoe covers and gloves. they said they had one, but will not wear... This is against CDC guidlines.The person was incrediably rude, while talking to me. I will not recommend this company to anyone.

Never do business with them,,, worst experience ever they bought 2 faucets for me that cost no more than $80 and charge me $350 for each plus installation $425 end up paying $1700 to replace 2 faucets, that job won't cost more than $550 with any other plumbing, their technician kept my old expensive faucet with him without my permission wich consider stealing, when complained to supervisor,manager, owner called ******************* he apologizes and promised me for credit, on the installation day he totally changed his mind, ... read more

I had a plumbing crisis on a Friday- due to cold weather, my water service line broke in the yard and water was coming up. I made several calls and Roto-Rooter was both able to take the job and get to me the earliest, which was the following Monday. However, they were a no-show. I called them that afternoon and apparently they'd set it for Tuesday, actually (Definitely said Monday on the phone, hard to mistake that). A plumber came to my house 2 days told me my septic tank was full charged me $463 I had my septic tank pumped the same day Roto rooter was here 2 days later I am backed up again the technician who came out today told me he was going to snake my line I was going to pay him and hopefully that will fix the issue. They came to my home and charged $475 for 15min of work to replace a $10 part. This replacement of the part was at my request as the plumber couldn't locate the leak. They then charge $250 to cut a 8x10 hole in my ceiling, a 2 minute job and couldn't offer a explaination of leak. I called company to complain and he felt cost of time was justified as he informed me the hourly rate was $410 plus adding in driving time. Good Afternoon,My complaint is against Roto Rooter.I called to schedule an appointment to clean/snake out my kitchen sink and my waste pipe. I asked the woman approximately how much it would cost. I was told they could not give me a price over the phone when the technician came he would look at what had to be done. I was never told there was a minimum charge of $565.00. Roto-rooter came to my house 11/18/2021 to repair a drain issue where water was shooting out of the washing machine drain line after snaking both the washing machine drain line and the kitchen drain line and replacing the pipes under the kitchen sink (I was told there was a leak and was charged $596. 12) I was told the lines where clear and to have the septic tank pumped. Roto Rooter employee ********************************* came to my house to start a clean up, after a deluge rain fall caused water damage in our downstairs. I had called in a 2nd company as well for a quote, and time they could start. When 2nd company arrived ********* snapped at the competition saying she's handling the mitigation!
