If I could give them a negative stir I would worst company ever complete rip off. They were late. The guy went to lunch while waiting for him to fix the Fossett in the tub and then they went over $600 and I felt stuck it shouldn’t even been more than a $200 job if that And they refuse to work with me horrible horrible company and customer service

On June 29,2022, a Roto-rooter service man was called to install a hot water heater that we purchased. I am not complaining about the service or gentleman, my complaint is about his 870 dollar labor bill and it did not take him an hour to install unit.. He had to run to *****to purchase addition pipes but is it my fault he did not have then on his service truck. Total time actual hands on was less than an hour...total bill was $1,144.36. the lady being helped is on disability and complete deaf.. this was roto-rooter in *****... read more

I have never used a company and dealt with such professionalism and compassion for my situation! Jay, Jake & Abel went above and beyond and worked hours late to make sure I had my plumbing working for me and my children, even was telling their supervisors he would pay out of his own pocket if I couldn’t. I am very pleased and will never use another company! ******* **

I wish I could leave negative stars. I severely regret doing business with Roto Rooter. I hired them while in crisis. My sewer pipe had backed up and caused a flood in the basement. They overcharged me and the insurance company and neglected to catalogue my damaged property as agreed. As a result, I could not recoup from ********(whom I also don't recommend by the way) any money for my damaged property. After being told that a kitchen sink unclogging that had a flat rate of $545.00 for a job that could take up to 4-5 hours, the job took 30 minutes **** More like 25 minutes.,Tech snaked the drain and when I told him that price was very high for 25 minutes, he said flat price $545.00 I will absolutely never us them again. That's $1,000 per hour or more.He told me that trades like plumbing and HVAC work have had sky rocketing prices in the past several years. This is price gauging plan and simple.

The stack in the basement has a leak, and on the day of the repair, the tech called and said he was tired and couldn't make it. I called the company, and when the dispatcher called back, I was told that they were short of staff, the tech was at the end of his shift, and I had to reschedule. I was told 3 times that they didn't have anyone to do the work and if I scheduled again, there's a possibility that I would have to be rescheduled. This was a horrible experience. It left me feeling as if they didn't want to do the work.

This is the worst company I have ever done business with. They sent out a technician who was unable to do the job and the manager did not follow through with what he told me on the phone.

I would give them a 0 but I had to put a 1. A month and a half ago they came turned off my water went to get a part never came back. All they had to do was **** it off so I could have water in other parts of the house but instead they charged me 300 and never came back

This company is over charging their customers. This price gouging should be illegal. The first technician told us $800 for the visit but ended up charging us $1300 at the end of the visit to unclog a drain which he was unsuccessful to unclog he kindly send another person to access the drain which was a $ ***** job. still didn't fix our issue. ended up getting a different company to fix the issue. All in all Roto Rooter is not the company I would recommend or use again. Very dishonest and expensive.
