Plumbing Service – My encounter with Roto-Rooter began a little shaky as I was told a plumber would be coming to my home, then was called by the dispatcher that he was 35 to 40 minutes away. An hour later I was called and told he would not be able to make it because of the weather! It was rescheduled for the next day in the morning. I guess the weather was better. Roto-Rooter Plumbers 1/10/11 – My wedding rings were accidently flushed down the toilet and Stan arrived in the snow, they had less than half staff due to weather. He located my rings using the camera and made sure to take his time in retrieving them. He made sure not to rush anything as we caught them before they were lost forever - laying down in the front yard in the snow with his hand down the clean out. Roto-Rooter Plumbers 1-9-11 – Roto-Rooter Plumbers Date of Service 1/9/11: I live on the outskirts of Charlotte and needed a plumber late on a Sunday. Both of our toilets were clogged. Roto-Rooter had someone at my house that night. He fixed the problem and answered my questions and made recommendations. I am very happy with the services we received and will call them again for our plumbing needs.

ROTO-ROOTER SERVICE – Roto-Rooter Serive on Jan. 3, 2011. My garbage disposal was leaking yesterday. When I called, a technician was at my house in about an hour. He had my disposal up and running in no time. I was very satisfied with work ane will call them when needeg again.

Roto-Rooter Plumbers, Sep 21 2010 – We have a grinder pump that has been a headache on numerous occasions over the last 9 years. I've been frustrated by plumbers we've used in the past due to poor customer service and high prices. I called Roto-Rooter when the pump stopped working in September. It initially looked like a new pump would be required (very expensive), but the techs were able to pull the existing pump apart and repair it. Excellent fast service and very professional. – Roto-Rooter Plumbers Dec 28th, 2010 My sewer line at my Midwood home in Charlotte was stopped up by a tree root. I made the mistake of calling a different plumber and they said they could not unplug it and charged me anyway. I called Roto-Rooter and Hal the plumber came out and unplugged the line and offered me advice on what I could do in the future to prevent another problem. Roto-Rooter Plumbers Dec. 3rd 2010 – The garbage disposal in my kitchen sink broke! It was making a buzzing sound when I turned it on but wouldn't do anything! I'm busy, don't have a lot of time and didn't really know who to call to fix it. I'm glad I called Roto-Rooter! They came, they fixed it, I have my sink back and the plumber was on his way! I was very pleased with the service that I received last week from Roto-Rooter. Kevin was professional and courteous and completed the job at hand well and in a timely manner. He dug out a root infested pipe and replaced it, as well as removing and replacing two toilets. He was cordial and polite...a fine young man and hard worker. I am happy to recommend their service to family and friends.
