roto-rooter service 1-20-10 – Timely response. Called to ask if I would like them to arrive earlier than scheduled. Courteous & thorough in diagnosing the problem. Determined a better approach to fixing the problem than the process used a year ago. Hopefully the problem will not recur.

Roto Rooter to the Rescue – Our plumbing problem started New Years day and was finished yesterday 1/6/10 with John installing a new pipe where the tree roots had taken root (no pun intended) of our water line. Took less time than expected and better cost was under the estimate. Yeah John.

Great Job! – Roto-Rooter did a great job clearing a blocked sewer line. The service technician showed up on time and was very professional in examining the problem and offering a solution. They fixed the problem the first time and everything works great. Thanks Roto-Rooter. I definitely recommend them to anyone else!

Roto-roote service – Person showed up within the time designated, assesed the trouble and gave me options. Upon completion of the job, offered me follow up to get estimate on fixing the overall trouble that was causing the clog. very efficient and friendly. Tech Slovic #3419

outstanding service – Service was outstanding. Scheduler was reassuring and calm and service was quick, professional and Slavic Kobzar was excellent. I was very upset at what was happening in my home and he made me feel like everything was going to be fine. I would recommend Roto-Rooter to anyone experiencing issue with their plumbing.

Roto Rooter Service Saturday 11/07/09 – Saturday morning we had water all over the living room floor. In under one hour our technician arrived and started fixing the problem. He explained things to me many times with patience. He (Slavic) went above and beyond to be sure the problem was fixed. This is my fifth time using roto rooter and the problems have always been solved quickly. Thank you!

Roto-Rooter Service 10/22/09 – After getting the dreaded news from the water company - "you have a leak". I did what most people do and panicked! I have to say that Roto-Rooter was not my first call (HUGE MISTAKE) - The first plumber came out and said, "Nope you don't have a leak, the city is at fault" - After wasting 2 days - I knew it was time to call the professionals so I called Roto-Rooter. Great Service Once Again! – They were quick to schedule my service and very flexible ! They called 30min prior to arrival. Technician was very pleasant and helpful! Successfully fixed clogged shower drain and outdoor spicket. Will definitely call Roto-Rooter for my next plumbing service!

"Roto-Rooter Service 9/26/2009 – Well, was having a relaxing Saturday morning when the downstairs toilet starting spewing out water while my daughter was taking a shower. After nearly falling head over heels running through the small flood, I turned off the water valve behind the toilet and began the cleanup effort, not fun.
