Adding alternate line for Washing Machine – Truly, a good experience. The technician seemed very qualified and went about his work most professionally. Took time to explain what he was going to be doing and how it might affect what we were doing inside while he was under the house. He tied the new, alternate line into the main making a free run from the washing machine. He also suggested and implemented replacing the last 8' of the regular 2" line just before reaching the main. Great job and we are well pleased.

Roto Rooter – Good job and helpful suggestions. Dispacher gave wrong address, so took longer to arrive. Everything else good.

Roto-Rooter Plumbers 7/22/10 – We had a leaky underground pipe in our front yard. Roto-Rooter offered to dig up our old pipe, put in our new pipe, and fix our grass. Roto-Rooter did a fabulous job! They did the job quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend them!

roto rooter plumbing 7-9-10 – The best plumber in charlotte. What a morning!! Who knew that having our college son home would entail higher water bills, higher grocery bills and a frantic call to Roto Rooter!! Thank goodness for the kindness Roto Rooter showed us....from the girl who answered the phone to Victor who snaked at least 2 miles out from our kitchen drain....clogged by something mysterious.....(remember college boy is home)...... A million thank you's for a great result and kind people!!

July 4th Plumbing Problems – Our plumbing technician from Roto-Rooter, Kevin, arrived at our home very quickly after an emergency situation developed in an upstairs bath tub. And it was on July 4th! We were so grateful to see him when he arrived. He was so courteous and helpful. He listened to us explain what had happened and then checked everything for us and offered his solution. Roto Rooter Service Call – My service tech was great. He explained everything to me so that I could understand what he was talking about! He was very thorough and polite. The cost was much more than I thought it would be but being a single (female), I had no idea of plumbing costs.

great service for drain problems – I called this Sunday morning, and all you need to know ithe the service was awesome. They were very friendly on the phone, and said a technician would be over to service within an hour. Then they called me back even sooner to confirm his arrival! The plumber was very knowledgeable, fixed our issue promptly. Call Roto-Rooter anytime if you're in a pinch!
