Great service and response time! – Roto-Rooter is our first choice for plumbing services! We had a leaky shower head, and when I called they sent someone right out to our house, within 1/2 hour of my call. Technicians were courteous and friendly. They respected my time, and made sure I understood the cost of the service BEFORE it was done. I highly reccommend Roto-Rooter, and expect to "get what you pay for."

Great service – Outstanding after hours service. Arrived within 1 1/2 hrs. Fast, effecient service. Really nice man named John Turpin. This is my second time using this Roto-Rooter and will use again in the future if need. Thank you Roto-rooter

Excellent Service – Experienced a sewer backup problem Sunday evening and called Roto-rooter's main number. A lady advised someone would call back in 15 minutes. Paul, in fact, called back in less than 15 minutes and was at my house, having treveled from Kannapolis, N.C. to Mooresville, N.C., in less than an hour. The problem was quickly diagnosed and fixed in less than an hour. Outstanding service at Roto-Rooter! – In this age of automation, customer service is becoming a lost art. It is not just enough for me to receive good service, but the company that I'm paying my hard-earned money to needs to make me feel like a valued customer as well. Great Service – I called Roto-rooter & was surprised by the free estimate offer. We set up a time to have the plumber come out (a 2 hour window instead of 4), they even called to see if I wanted someone to come out earlier. Ed was professional, friendly, and thorough. A great experience.

Roto-Rooter Plumbers - 3/16/2011 – My husband was trying to unclog a kitchen drain. After several hours he decided help was needed. After calling Roto-Rooter, techinican Kevin responed. He fixed the problem efficiently and with a minimum clean up mess. Needless to say, my husband and I were very thankful on both counts.

Very pleased with svc. – My kitchen sink was stopped up and i called because not realizing i had used the company before but the gentelman on the phone who was very polite right away reminded me that we had. Roto-Rooter Plumbers 03-05-2011 – I noticed after a shower that my drian was not working,I was standing In about three Inches of water. When I got out I noticed my toilet would not flush. I called Rotor Rooter and they were there the next morning,they did offer to come by that night. Slavik was the plumber and was a total professonal. He went over all options with me and gave me a reasonable price on the work that needed to be done. Everything Is working as It should. I highly recommend Rooter-Rooter. Pauline V, Charlotte NC
