We woke up to a backed up sewer line - what a nightmare! I called Roto Rooter and they were very courteous and quick to get me on the schedule. The Roto Rooter technician was very polite and made sure that I was aware of what was going on, what he was going to do and then what the result was. I got to see the inside of our sewer line on their handy dandy camera - very professional and great.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! – Came home to find out that my shower was stopped up and it overflowed all over my bathroom floor. I called roto-rooter and a service technician Stan came and was greeted with a smile, I showed him what the problem was he immediately knew how to solve it he tried to find the valve outside to drain out my tub. Best Plumbers In town! – Ed was the best,,, He was very detailed explaining what needed to be done and why. very polite and the finished job was perfect! I had a leak from the water meter to my house and needed someone ASAP! I was told that someone would arrive in 60 min but ED arrived in 30 min! that is great service!! If you need a great plumbing service with professional, detailed and polite crew, then you've found them.. I would recommend Roto Rooter everytime hands down..

Roto Rooter Plumbers 10-9-11 – If your looking for a plumber in Charlotte, this is the way to go. My toilet would not drain and when I flushed the toilet, water spewed up from a pipe outside. Called roto rooter. The tech was very personable and fixed the problem very quickly. Would recommend to anyone.

Roto Rooter Plumbers 10-8-11 Charlotte – Saturday morning, house full of people, and all of a sudden the toliets quit flushing and raw sewage backed up into the showers and tubs! Roto-Rooter Plumbers – We needed a plumber for our tub and sink in our main bathroom. We called Roto-Rooter at 10:30 in the morning and the plumber named Greg Holloway was here less than two hours later. I am so happy to have a working tub again. Charlotte's Roto-Rooter has a 5 star rating from me!!

Excellent service – I had a whole house stoppage due to roots in the sewage line. This had been a recurring problem which Roto-Rooter had taken care of yearly for me with drain cleaning. This time; however, drain cleaning could not completely clear the line. The problem was an obstruction in the sewar line that did not allow either their camera or line clearing equipment to be pushed down the line all the way to the problem area. Great job! – Great job by Stan installing two new toilets. Very impressed by his professionalism, knowledge and the speed at which he was able to complete the job. I would definitely recommend Roto-Rooter to a friend!
