Roto-Rooter Plumbers - May 27, 2011 – I called Roto-Rooter explained my issue, was given a one hour timeframe and Ed showed up in about 20 minutes. My leak was a tricky and hidden problem - he found it, repair it and left us with specific instructions and was gone. WHAT A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE!!! I would definitely recommend Roto-Rooter and especially Ed. Thank again,

Prompt, courteous service - did the job – I requested a service call to fix a leak in our septic line. I was able to schedule the service online. Someone called to confirm the appointment within an hour. The repairman arrived on time and fixed the leak.

Roto-Rooter Plumbers May 13, 2011 – Roto-Rooter is the best most efficent plumber in Charlotte. They are very friendly and make me feel comfortable. They are very honest and took no time at all to find the problem.

Roto-Rooter Plumbers 5/11/11 – They were awesome! They gave us a heads up call and arrived about 40 minutes later. He immediately knew what our problem was and was able to fix our clogged drain and how to prevent it from occuring going forward. Thanks for the excellent service!

Roto-Rooter 5/7/11 – This was the most courteous experience Ive had in a long time with a plumber, being new to Charlotte, I was not sure who to trust with my plumbing needs, I was very please to have someone on the other end of the phone so eager to listen and help me with my problem, the total time to fix our issues was less than an hour. Thanks again for excellent service.

concord's best plumbing service – I had a flood when I woke up this morning. I called a competetor and they said they would put me on standby. I waited and didn't hear from them so I decided to call Roto-Rooter because we were unable to use the bathroom facilities until we fixed the problem. Roto-rooter said no problem, they would send someone right away( for no additional charge). Pat Underwood arrived quickly and fixed the problem very efficiently. Root-Rooter Plumbers 4/30/2011 – Gary Rose, the plumber, came quickly out to our house in Charlotte after being contacted. My husband and I were updating our master bath and need the pipes reworked. He did an excellent job! He was very quick and precise. After Gary left, my husband had our master bath back together in no time- thanks to the plumbers efficient work. I cant thank Gary enough. We will always use Roto-Rooter for our plumbing needs.
