Roto-Rooter Plumbers 6/23/11 – Serviceman arrived early, which is always appreciated when trying get repairs done. Was a friendly man who got the job done quickly. Little expensive to just reset the garbabge disposel and unclog it. 10 minute job cost $161. Overall, very dependable service because both times I've used them they have gotten the job done.

Roto-Rooter Plumbers 6/28/11 – I was very impressed by the plumber who visited my home in Charlotte. He was friendly and quite knowledgeable. He arrived on-time (on very short notice) and completed the job quickly. My only complaint is the price of the service. All I needed was for Roto-Rooter to run a jet cutter through an old drainage pipe in my yard to determine if it still worked. This service, which only took 15-20 minutes, cost $350. Great Service – There service was great. They called ahead to see if we wanted them to arrive earlier than I had planned, I said yes and they sent a guy on the way at that moment! They fixed our problem easily, and we had no problems with the service what so ever. I was very pleased!!

Prompt, Professional Service – I was so pleased to have such prompt service from Roto-Rooter! I called at 7:30am Saturday and had a technician, Gary, by 9:30am. Gary was very personable and professional. We had an electrical short in the hot water heater that burned up both thermostats and the heating element. Great Service Again From Roto-Rooter – Once again, Roto-Rooter in Charlotte provided prompt, courteous, professional and timely services for us. We will use them for all our plumbing issues. This time, our kitchen sink faucet had cracked, and we needed to have a new faucet installed. I called them about 6 pm yesterday, and by 8:15, the new faucet was installed and working perfectly. Roto-Rooter Plumbers 6/15/11 – I came home from work after a 12-hour exhausting day. I was met with the news from one of our little girls that "when I turn the water on in the shower, the water in the potty is going bloop, bloop, bloop." As I tried to determine the cause of such sights and sounds, it became apparent that our drainage system was clogged. Roto-Rooter Plumbers June 8, 2011 – Roto-Rooters in Charlette is the best plumber in the area. Our water main line in the front yard split very badly... and the entire main needed to be replaced. Thanks so much to Ed Noe, our tech..... he was courteous and efficient and did everything possible to make this innconvenience minimum. While the new line was being dug and installed, Ed ran a temporary line so that we could continue to receive water! Thanks so much for a Great job!

Saved My Holiday Weekend 5/27/11 – It was late Friday afternoon when I returned home to find that the drain line going from our kitchen sink was plugged. I did what I was supposed to do, I plunged it like a mad man until I noticed about 5 gallons of water all over the floor in my laundry room.
