Roto-Rooter December 26, 2011 – Your Charlotte Plumber Rickt was very kind and professional. He arrived, as promised, on the day after Christmas and immediatley set to work to unclog a kitchen drain. He was quick to explain the problem and corrected it in a short order. It was a relief to be able to clean dishes, pots and pans left from our ffestive dinner the night before. Best Service in Charlotte – My Laundry drain clogged up on me on Sunday, Called Roto Rooter on Monday morning and a little after 8 they showed up, had my drains open in less than 1 hour, very frendly guy. didnt make a mess either, thanks again Roto rooter Keith

Roto-Rooter Plumbers 12/13/11 – We've called on this location of Roto-Rooter at least four times over the last 15 years to include today (12/13/11). Each experience has been a pure pleasure, especially given the nature of the problem that prompted a call to them. Attentive, friendly, courteous, honest and most helpful from the time we made the call. Roto-Rooter Plumbers 11/20/2011 – The plumber showed up at my Charlotte address right on time, first appointment of the day. We talk about the problem which continues to occur in some detail. He explained all the options, including costs, after looking under the house. He performed the necessary work. In fact, he did it twice to assure the blockage was complete gone. Totally satisfied!! Great Job!!

Roto-Rooter Plumbers 20Nov2011 – Rhett the plumber saved the day!!! The people who installed our backyard fence completely destroyed the drainage line coming from our kitchen. For about three months we unknowingly had drain water backing up underground and eventually pouring into our yard! We called and made an appointment with Roto-Rooter in Charlotte, NC and Rhett came out had the entire issue resolved very quickly. He fixed the pipe and in no time he had things running smoothly again! I really appreciate the quick service... read more

BEST SERVICE EVER!!!!! – I am very happy today. roto rooter from concord came out to help me with a clogged up sewer line. They sent out the best guy in the world. Vitaliyit was his name. he was very knowledgeable and even though he ran into more than he expected while doing the job, he kept on reassuring me that the problem was ok. Knowledgeable Plumber- Great customer service – We had a broken pipe under our crawlspace that was spraying water. From the customer service on the phone to the technician that arrived within the hour (Ed), we were very impressed with his knowledge of accessing the problem quickly, informing us of any other items that needed attention, and professionalism.
