Easy and dependable plumbing – My go to plumbing service because they're always available, prompt and effective. I find their service easy and dependable. My latest need was a leaking toilet. I thought it was from the base and I would have wasted a lot of time pulling the fixture up and resealing. Honest, Dependable, Very Reasonable – We needed a plumber but it was 6pm on a Saturday night, made one phone call but no service until Tuesday, that won't work with a clogged kitchen sink. So we called Roto-Rooter and they came to our rescue within an hour and had the kitchen sink working within in 30 minutes. Stan our hero told us upfront what the cost would be and then helped us to save 10% on our bill. Great service...twice! – Roto-Rooter is a company that I can always count on for my plumbing issues. We had some issues with our kitchen sink a few months ago and we were able to get a representative come out the same day we called. He was kind and very helpful, he gave us a reasonable price. He had to end up re-building our sink pipes and replacing our garbage disposal. We haven't had any issues so far and are so happy to have our sink running smoothly. Roto-Rooter Plumbers 9/21/10 – I was very impressed with our plumber Ricky who came to our house in Charlotte to fix our clogged bathtub. He was very friendly, promp, and cleared our drain very quickly. The price was also extremely reasonable. I would definitely recommend using this service.

Giant Hair Ball! – We had standing water in our shower...every time we used it! So, I called Roto Rooter and they gave me a price over the phone. They were here in 48 hours. They called before they came that day so i would not have to wait a long time. They were here on time and the plumer was really nice and worked fast and was gone in 5 minutes! Before he left... he showed me the "GAINT" hair ball he removed! YUCK! I would definitly call them again!
