Roto Rooter got there within the hour even though not an emergent issue which was great. Very experienced plumber /gentleman who took care of it in relatively short order. I feel like they feel you out to see how much they can charge you though. I was able to negotiate down a little bit but still a bit overpriced.....even as far as plumbing goes in Rochester. Roto-Rooter Plumbers for a job on October 14th. I needed a plumber for a job in Rochester. We had a plugged line that our snake could not reach. Called Roto-Rooter and they were there within two hours. Fast, and courteous, they quickly fixed the drain problem. Pricing was upfront and honest and they were done within 30 minutes. Very happy with the service.

New to Rochester and called them for a problem. Very quick service - the plumber was there in about an hour. Pricing was clear and two options for unclogging an outdoor drain were offered. Finished on time and honored the initial estimate of cost.

I have used Roto-Rooter three times now and have no complaints. From the initial phone call to the service workers all staff are pleasant and personable. Highly recommended. I would not use any other plumbing service in Rochester

We had to finally give in and call a plumbing service today after two days of trying to unplug our basement drain. Rotorooter was the first one I looked up on line we called and the young lady that answered the phone was very helpful she said she could get someone here within the hour.That did indeed happen the gentleman that showed up was such a wonderful and caring man he took one look and knew what need to be done.I have never meet such an understanding gentleman as he was once we approved the job he got right to it.
