Greece's Best Answer to Plumbing needs – Fantastic service. Jack was my service man and not only was he efficient and friendly, but he also helped me solve other plumbing questions and issues I had. He was knowledgable, friendly and so efficient. Their price was so affordable and he gave me his card in case I have any issues or concerns! Great Service

Roto-Rooter Plumbers – I was very pleasantly surprised that Roto-Rooter of Rochester was able to send a plumber to my house the same day I called, at a time that was convenient for me. Derrick was very polite and professional and we could tell he knew what he was talking about. He did a wonderful and thorough job and we would certainly recommend his services to anyone we know. Roto-Rooter Plumbers March 2012 – The Rochester plumber had to fix the leak in our outdoor faucet and our basement shut-off valve. The replacement valve leaked, but he came back to fix properly. The bonus was educating my husband in winter shut off procedures!

roto-rooter plumbers 3/26/12 – 2 hours after I called roto-rooter of Rochester, plumber Jack rang my doorbell and saved me from a catastrophic powder room mess. He was very polite, helpful and left my bathroom cleaner than when he arrived. I was very happy with this service!!!!

Roto-Rooter Plumbers 3-25-12 – Our sewer line had backed up into the house and we were in a panic to get it resolved asap. Roto Rooter Rochester was available within a few hours on a Sunday and gave us a free estimate. Our plumber Jack was super pleasant and helpful and knowledgable. We couldn't have been more pleased!!!

Roto-Rooter Plumbers – I just bought a new home in Rochester a week ago and my kitchen sink was clogged. I didn't know who to call but when I searched for a plumber online, I found Roto-Rooter was highly rated and I needed someone fast. I called and was very pleased at the response I got and the professionalism of the plumber. He came in here and knew the problem right away and he fixed it without it costing me a fortune. I was so happy with the price and the service. I would recommend them 100%.

WOW! – We had a water leak at our shut-off under our mobile home. All other plumbers wanted $75-$150 to just come out and "diagnose" the problem. I may not be a plumber, but I am not an idiot either, we had a leak at our shut-off valve, plain and simple. Roto-Rooter arrived, diagnosed the problem and prepared a statement of the cost at NO CHARGE. I then had the decision on whether or not to proceed. Roto-Rooter Plumbers 10/25/2011 – We had a water leak in our front yard. Called several plumbers in the Rochester area and the only one that even called us back was Roto-Rooter. They came out within the hour, gave us an estimate, started work the next day,completed the job by 2pm, and had our water back on. The technicians were very courteous and the estimate much less than we expected to pay.
