Good Service – My main sewer drain was suddenly backed up. I called these guys (who can forget that jingle? They were the first ones I thought of) and they gave me an appointment within the hour! The service man who arrived was friendly, and even had a sense of humor. I needed that when I couldn't even flush a toilet or wash my hands. Good service – Installation took about 1 hr and the guy was very nice who did the installation. I was, however, surprised by the high labor charge and believe it would have been cheaper to use a different company since I had already purchased the disposal.

great service – Called Roto-Rooter @ 7:45 am on 04/08/10 and Joe Sewar was here by 8:00 that samesame day. Joe replaced our drain pipes and had us up and running in no time. Thanks Joe.

Very satisfied with recent Roto-Rooter services in Rochester – This is our second experience with Roto-Rooter, and again we are very pleased. Roto-Rooters Plumbing 3/20/10 – Roto-Rooters came out right away within the hour late evening when we had an emergency plumbing problem. Their guy was friendly and helpful in explaining our situation to us. He was fast and efficient. Their guarantee is such a piece of mind. We will be calling them again if we have any future plumbing issues in our home.

Our techs name was Paul ,he was a very nice man. We are first time home buyers so there are obviosly lots of things that we are still learning. Paul was very helpfull and full of lots of great advice.(Thanks Paul) The one thing I can say is that the job was definetly done well but.... the price was very high! So I hope that we will never have to have this done again. lol Paul was also nice enough to honor the $20.00 coupon that you guys have on the web even though our printer was broken.
