Roto-Rooter Plumbers 12/24/11 to 1/8/12 – Our septic was full oand over flowing into the basement. My wife and I, didn't want any of those " fly by night " plumbing. So we called the company that all our friends comfirmed was the best. ROTO-ROOTER. Bill and Chris came over right away, assest the problem, and gave us a clear idea of what we were looking at. Chris also helped us with the aid of his boss, on the financial end. We would highly recomend Roto-Rooter to all our family and friends. Great Job Guys !

Roto-Rooter Plumbers – My kitchen sink drain was seriously plugged, and all attempts to fix it myself failed. For the first time in my life I actually had to call in a plumber, so called Roto-Rooter's Rochester number. Joe showed up about 90 minutes after I called (earlier than promised - they called to ask if he could come sooner than previously arranged). Roto-Rooter's employees are GREAT – Hi, Monday I called Roto-Rooter, about a plugged drain in my basement. Tuesday Dan the Plumber came and after working on the drain for 3 hrs. decided it was all in vain, and called Timothy and said if anyone could solve my problem it would be him...So Wednesday they both came back again and were still having problems clearing the drain. Saved the day...and then some! – I thought we were in big trouble. BIG trouble. But I called our local Roto-Rooter and they sent Joe Sewar out inside of the time frame they quoted. Roto Rooter gets the job done – I have used them two or three times since buying my old house on a tree-lined street--they will get to you right away for emergencies and on the same day even if it is not an emergency. Their staff are always friendly, prompt, informative, and honest. They won't try to sell you something you don't need and explain their procedures well. I'd recommend them to anyone.

Roto0Rooter Plumers – I was very pleased with the Roto-RooterPlumer service from Rochester, NY. I called in the morning and they were able to get to me that afternoon. The tech, Joe, was excellent, very knowledgeable and able to take time to clear the roots out of the storm drain through the pipe at the side of the house. Roto-Rooter Plumbers – My experience with Roto-Rooter was a postive one. The Tech "joe" was great at explaining what was necessary to take care of my problem. What was expeacted to be successful to the problem clean up. What other consequenses could arise because of my old pipes. Bing a Senior and being alone made it much easier on me as a person.
