It was a Saturday, of course, and 15 people were coming to my house for dinner when we found water backing into our basement from the street! Roto-Rooter arrived 1 1/2 hours before promised, and after several tries got my problem fixed. Dinner was delicious and fun, thanx to Roto-Rooter being so quick and efficient. Thanks a million.

The plumber out of Rochester they sent out to fix our pump and well lines was courteous, quick, and never got frustrated after 3 days of work. This was not the first time we have used Roto Rooter and will definately not be the last. Thank you for a job well done :)

The Roto-Rooter plumbers in Rochester were very helpful and knew their stuff. They dug up my yard and fixed my crushed pipes that go to the gutters. The clean up was a bit to be desired, but it was a messy job. They also fixed my bath tub leak and toilet leak. They were very nice people and updated me ever step of the way.

We had an ongoing problem with backup into basement with a few visits from Roto-Rooter. They worked diligently to solve the problem as we learned more about the issue. Great service and focus. Like a few of these other posts, "Jack" was fantastic, kind to my dad and we followed up with his recommendation for preventive work. We are happy and dry. Professional and a great value.

We have had an issue with backup in our basement and have had several plumbers out to snake out our pipes. Rochester Roto-Rooter was the first one to actually find the problem and fix it for good. They guys were helpful, informative and got the job done quickly. I would definitely recommend this plumber to anyone in the Rochester NY area.

I had sewer backed up in Rochester. They sent out a plumber fast on the fourth of July to fix the problem. Couldn't have been any more satisfied with the service.
