Very pleased with the professional, courteous and prompt service I received. A stressful situation was averted and solved thanks to Technician #83..I would recommend Roto-Rooter to anyone and will use again (but hopefully do not have to!).

I cannot say enough good things about Jack McDermott of Roto-Rooter. He was both knowledgeable and professional while being efficient and courteous. He worked hard to solve my plumbing troubles and even suggested additional services of a preventative manner. I would suggest Roto-Rooter and highly recommend Jack.

Roto-Rooter Plumber from Rochester did a GREAT job clearing my sewer line leaving my house. Jack came out, worked his tail off to make it 100% and even went beyond the call of duty to make sure the problems were resolved. Very grateful for Rochester Roto-Rooter plumber!

Called for a plumber when I woke up to what sounded like a river rushing under my home in Rochester. Turned out I needed a new sump pump (as evidenced by the rising water in my basement), and the gentleman who installed it for me really knew his stuff. He even made friends with my dog! :) All in all, a good experience. No more rushing rivers, and a happy puppy to boot.

February 3, 2014 Roto-Rooter Plumbers I had a problem with raw sewage coming in to a downstairs shower that started on Sunday. I decided to wait till Monday to call for HELP!, i called a local plumber at 8am Monday morning and wasn't able to reach him, I called again at 1pm still no answer or returned phone call. I had to call on a Sunday afternoon at 12:30pm to get a plumber out to clear out a stopped up drain in the basement of a rental property. I got a person on the phone right away and she told me someone would be available between 2pm and 4pm - I got a call back at 1pm saying the on-call plumber was on his way. It wasn't cheap by any means (what plumber is?) but I was able to get someone over on a Sunday within an hour of calling and he fixed the problem in 90 minutes.

Roto-Rooter Plumbers March 11, 2013. I awoke this morning to a leak in my kitchen from the bathroom. I called Roto-Rooter and they dispatched Justin to my home within minutes. Justin was able to make an initial assessment in about 20 minutes and called for back up help given the scope of what he perceived he need to do. Within 2.5 hours the problem was found and fixed. Called Roto-Rooter Plumbers for a job on Nov. 16, 2013. We had a plugged line and they were there within two hours. Mark was fast, done within 30 minutes. Pricing was upfront and honest. Very happy with the service.
