We've used Roto-Rooter in Rochester, NY 3 times now for relatively minor plumbing issues. Their customer service people have always been prompt and kind to us. We also love our plumber, Jack. He's very friendly, honest, and thorough. We received quotes for issues prior to choosing Roto-Rooter from other companies, and one guy tried to tell us we needed all new plumbing to fix our water pressure due to the wrong sized pipes - about $4k worth of work. Roto Rooter Plumbers ***** 5 Star Rating *** (5 out of 5 being tops) Paul B. from Roto-Rooter came to our house in Auburn, NY after we had called Rochester NY needing a plumber. We had a drain issue and used Roto-Rooter about 18 years ago (out of same location). He was prompt and courteous. He assessed the issue, figured the best avenue to take, and got the drain cleared. Sunday afternoon we noticed water backing up in our basement. We called Rotor-Rooter and someone was at our home within an 1/2 hour. Jack accessed the problem and went right work. Within an hour the drainer was unclogged and the water drained any no complications. Jackâ??s customer service was outstanding, he explained everything he was doing. The technician, Mark, was very professional and courteous. He explained everything he was going to do and then had me interact with him as he cleaned the line, showing me what the problem was and how he would correct it. Mark is a definite asset to your company. I would recommend Roto-Rooter to anyone experiencing a problem with their sewer line.

After a long winter, our downspout was clogged and the spring rain was not able to drain properly. We called Roto-Rooter Plumbers in Rochester, NY and they were able to schedule an appointment that same day. The plumber was very professional and knowledgeable. He was able to unclog the pipes within minutes and without any hassle. I would definitely reach out to Roto-Rooter with any future plumbing issues.

5 STARS (again) This weekend is the second time I've needed to have our aging sewer lines serviced in the past few years, and the only reason I called Roto-Rooter again is because I had a very good experience with them the last time they rescued my basement.
