We live in an OLD farmhouse. Part of our home (kitchen and entry mud room) is serviced by a small septic system. The system decided to back up and drains were not draining. I attempted to service them on my own, but experienced an epic fail in so doing. I contacted Roto-Rooter this morning and was very pleased that they were able to come to our home this afternoon. Excellent customer service and experience from beginning to the end. This was my first experience with plumbing problems as a new home owner and I am glad I decided to use Roto-Rooter. I did not feel pressured or taken advantage of during the plumbing issue so I decided to also use them for my cleaning restoration as well! An all around comfort and security feeling with using Roto-Rooter

Nothing but Great and professional service. Came home from work to find water coming up from our wash sink drain and water squirting out of the clean out cap in the basement. To top it off it was Halloween night so we needed to get the kids ready to go out and it was pouring like crazy outside. Same day exceptional service! Called for a residential outdoor drain clog and the service plumber was at my house within 30 minuets. He was very friendly and did a great job at fixing the problem. He explained everything so that I could clearly understand it and was very professional. I would highly recommend them - ask for Paul!

Woke up at 7am. I go downstairs to do laundry and find my basement flooded. I called rochester roto-rooter and Jeff Sherwood the water mitigation specialist was there promptly. He was friendly and answered all of our questions without hesitation. Even helped file the claim with my insurance. Soon after he left the plumber was there, Paul. My bath tub was not draining and the sink was backing up into the tub. I called Rochester's Roto-Rooter, and they were able to send someone out right then. The plumber who came was friendly, and completed the job quickly.

Roto-Rooter was at my door inless than an hour to work on my drain issue. The plumber showed expertise in solving my problem. He was very careful and after the drain was cleared made sure everything was as clean as he found it. He was able to tell me the cost of service before he started. I am very satisfied with Rochester's Roto-Rooter Company.
