Great Plumber – Kitchen sink drain plugged. Gary came when appointment time was set. Was very personable. Very careful about muddy boots (rained real hard just before he arrived), evaluated quickly, made the easy attempt. Didn't work so he moved right on and very soon the lines were clear and everything working great. Thank you

Ballwin Help with Lateral Sewer – Last November our sewer backed up and roto rooter came out, then again in January, then again in March. The January and the March visits were at no cost to me even though it was on Sunday. What great service! Today Carl came out with a camera. He was very helpful. After giving me the bad news about needing sewer pipe work in the backyard, he told me about the program in Ballwin that reimburses work up to $3,000. I would not have known about this program without him. Thanks Roto Rooter Staff!

Saturday Flood – Only a flood under my kitchen sink could get me to clean out cabinets on my day off! Picture this...dishwasher full and running and dishes soaking in the sink. I see water running out of the sink cabinet and across the floor 10 feet to the back door. I called Roto-Rooter as soon as I got the water stopped and they said they would be out within 2 hours. Roto-Rooter Plumbers service date 3/15/11 – We had our sewer back up into our basement late in the evening on 3/14. The next morning I started calling around for estimates to "unclog" us. Roto-Rooter was my first call and ended up being comparably priced. Not to mention they had a plumber at my house within the hour. Jim was very efficient, friendly, and professional. Roto-Rooter Plumbers Service date 3/9/11 – I was very pleased with the service Terry Gust provided. I initally request them for an interior drain problem and thanks to them they found the problem was exterior. He ran a camera through our clean out and found the problem was there, not under my basement! I would recommend them to anyone! Thanks!

Service Call 3/7/11 – My husband broke our hot water shut off valve while replacing our kitchen faucet. We called on Sunday evening and the repairman was here first thing on Monday morning. The repairman was VERY nice and efficient. He was here and gone in about 30 minutes with all the work done and an estimate given for future work. I would recommend Roto Rooter to all my friends!

roto-rooter plumbers – Had a backed up kitchen sink for the third time in three years. Called out my favorite Roto-Rooter guy and he snaked the line. Very professional and of course courteous. He was a little leary of the plumbing under the sink and suggested I have a plumber look at it. The kitchen was remodeled and the plumbing looked a little rigged up. WATER FOUNTAIN TOILET – ON THANKSGIVING DAY I CALLED ROTO-ROOTER AND CUSTOMER SERVICE TOLD ME THAT THE TECHNICIAN WOULD BE THERE IN ONE HOUR. HE WAS THERE WITHIN 15 MINUTES. WHILE MY SON CALLED ME FROM UPSTAIRS TO COME DOWN AND HELP HIM WITH THE DOWNSTAIRS BATHROOM TOILET, AS I WAS COMING DOWN THE STAIRS, THERE WAS A FLOOD IN MY HALLWAY.
