I called mid day Sunday, and Chris Owens was my technician. He did a great job of clearing the drain in my shower and was very courteous and cleaned up after the job.I would recommend him to anyone!

We called early on a Sunday evening about a basement backup and our tech was here within 2 hours. This young man was personable and hard working and worked diligently until the drain was unclogged. He also offered tips to keep the drain clean.

We had a burst pipe in the basement from the severe cold we have been having. Called half-a-dozen places and none of them could give me a better response time than Roto-Rooter. They came out the next day and fixed the broken pipe in two hours. The plumber was friendly, conscientious, professional, and qualified. I would recommend them to anyone.

Water from sewer drain backed up in basement. Scheduled a Sunday online appointment, Jon the service tech showed up timely, was professional, snaked the drain, broke through some tree roots, took care to clean up the very minor dirt mess and we've not had any issues in the 2 weeks since. Highly recommend.

Basement flooded for the second time in a week. Called Roto-Rooter and someone was out in about in an hour. Gary was professional and listened to my problem before suggesting solutions. The whole process took about two hours and when they left my house I was left with peace-of-mind. I would highly recommend.

Called Roto-Rooter (St. Charles) today because our main line was blocked. Raymond #1760-5257 was there within an hour. He was very professional and courteous. He took care of the problem and was very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this company.

Amazing service, very nice employees, and very helpful. They were running a little behind, but were courteous enough to keep me informed of when they would be here. Recieved phone calls apologizing for being late, letting me know that they didn't forget about us. Will definitely use them again!

My mother & I tried to change a part of our toilet and couldn't get the toilet back together. We called Roto-Rooter and they came out and were amazing! I would have had no idea what the repair guy was doing, but he was super nice and explained everything along the way. It was a little pricy, but he took such care to make sure everything was in good working order before he left, I feel confident my money went to the right people.
