My sewer backed up in my basement one morning as I was getting ready for work. At the suggestion of a friend, I called Roto-Rooter in St. Charles. I called at 7:30 and they promised a plumber would be here within an hour. They arrived exactly in an hour. It took the technician just a few minutes to identify the problem and give me a reasonable quote. It took the technicians about an hour to finish. Roto-rooters plumbers – I called up roto-rooters and they said they would be here at 3:30pm. At 1pm, I got a call informing me they would be at my home at 1:30pm. They showed up right on time and did an excellent job. It took them two hours but all the problems were fixed. very much appreciated! sincerely, Chris

Ivan was great! – Ivan was very helpful, on a Sunday, mothers day no less he came and was very informative and helpful in fixing my drain, even after my son flushed the toilet with the pipe open, soaking him and the awful smell, he was still very nice!

Great service – It was great!! They are able to give you small windows for time schedules. I also like how quickly the job was completed. You also get to use coupons that they provide online which Is great!!! Will call them again if needed.

CLOGGED MAINLINE – my drains were backing up and I had called several other companies, only to get a voicemail that they would call back shortly. It actually happened the next morning after I had called. Roto Rooter kept in touch with me, allowing me the decision to wait for the tech or cancel. I chose to wait and am glad I did. roto-rooter plumbers – We had a leaky kitchen faucet and my wife and I figured it was time for a new one.we decided on roto-rooter plumbing 0f st.charles to do the replacement.they have been in buiseness for a long time.the plumber Mat showed up right on time,and was very nice and professional.It seemed like no time at all he had the old one out and the new one in.It was a very pleasent experience.I will recomend roto-rooter of st.charles to everyone. Roto-Rooter Plumber 7/9/11 – I went downstairs and found my basement flooded around 7:00am. Called Roto-Rooter and they were here in about an hour and had the problem fixed in no time. I recommend Roto-Rooter in St. Charles.

Excellent Service – On Memorial Day our basement floor drain backed up. We called Roto Rooter and the service tech. was at our house within the hour. Service was fast and the service tech. was polite and courteous. I would call again if needed and would recommend Roto Rooter in St. Charles to anyone in the area. Thank you,
