I was very happy that I called Roto-Rooter. Everyone was so nice from my first call till the job was completed. Jim Miller #1290 (thank goodness he was sent to me) was very thorough, knowledgable, friendly and wanted to do whatever it took to get the job done. He tried several ways of snaking my kitchen sink and YEAH! Progress. Then he went to the two floors below and next door to make sure all was OK there from what he had done in my place. We were in a bind on New Years Day ...our sewer back up!! So we called 1-800-get-roto!! We live in Roxana IL, within an hour they showed up...another 30 minutes and we were able to flush!!! and the drain pipe in the basement was clear!!! The roto guy was nice, great and very helpful!!! Even offered to clean up our basement!!! Sewer pipes were cleaned and treated very professionally and done the right way!! 5 STARS!!!

We called Roto-Rooter on 1/2/15 with a kitchen drain backed up. Jason (Technician #3136) was personable and worked hard to get my kitchen drain cleaned. He put down a tarp to keep most of the yucky greasy mess that came out of that pipe from messing up our laundry room floor. We were pleased with his work ethic and cleanliness. Our home is in St. Peters, MO.

Our plumber, Ken, did a great job. Quickly diagnosed the problem, assembled the proper tools, and completed the fix in a timely manner. Great attitude and wonderful representative for Roto-Rooter. Could not be happier with the service.

After enjoying a fun weekend out of town I returned to find a clogged basement drain. Gary came out and was able to quickly diagnose the problem and get the work scheduled for the next morning. Excellent! Can't wait to have all the work finished up. He was quite polite and knowledgeable and so sharing of great information. I'll recommend him to others in need. Thanks Gary!!!
