My main line backed up with some minor flooding of my basement this morning due to tree root infiltration. Called them and they were here in about an hour, on a Saturday. I knew what was wrong as it has happened before. Bryan took my word for it and got it cleared out in short order. I've always been pleased with their work.

When our carpet was soaking wet in the basement, we called up Rotorooter and someone was there within 30 minutes. Raymond came out and was great to work with. Very knowledgeable and didn't just tell us the minimum- he offered all sorts of info that was very helpful to get our basement fixed. Highly recommend.

Our drain backed up during the storms last week, and we had a power outage. They could not come while we had no power but as soon as it was back on the Roto rooter technician was at our house in 30 minutes. And an hour later he had our main drain and our floor drain cleaned out and fixed. He was very professional. Thank You!

Excellent service. An experienced and professional plumber arrived on time. He gave me two options for repair. The job was taken care of quickly and thoroughly and Glen offered to return if the problem recurred. Very pleased with the service.
