Review for Roto-Rooter Plumbing and Srain Service – I called Roto-Rooter of Grand Rapids because I feared I had a sewage problem in my basement. As it turned out, my lines were clear. I had to call on a Sunday and feared that I would have to pay an additional rate. Fortuanetely the plumber charged me the regular rate and discovered no problems. I was very happy with the quick response of Roto-Rooter.
Review for Roto-Rooter/32 Jonquil St SW Grand Rapids Mi 4954 – Based on the quantity of reviews and the satisfaction of the responders I called Roto-Rooter at 32 Jonquil. Water was backing up into our basement.. Matt came out on a Sunday morning. He was very professional and courteous and had the problem resolved in short order. He insured there was no more blockage then he cleaned up the floor .We are very satisfied with Matt and Roto-rooter and will not hesitate to call them for our plumbing needs.
The Roto-Rooter Plumbers are great. They came out the same day we called to fix our Bathroom Clog. After he left we realized something still wasn't working correctly called them right up and he came back out first thing in the morning. Roto-Rooter Business – I had a major plumbing problem in my kitchen and called Roto Rooter. They came out the SAME day within a couple hours. I was very pleased with the knowledge the plumber had. He talked to me as if he cared and wasn't gonna pull the 'wool over my eyes' like most businesses do if your a woman (as they suspect your know nothing). My kitchen sink was repaired within a 1/2 hour! Thank you Roto-Rooter! :)
