Roto-Rooter Plumbers 11-7-11 – The plumber arrived within the estimated time to my home in grand rapids. He was polite and gave me his card. He didn't lose his temper when the equipment jammed, which required the use of other equipment which would have normally cost more. He cleaned up the splatters on the wall and surrounding areas from the equipment. He also gave me a coupon discount with out me having to print it off, and a bottle of pipe guard.
Roto Rooter Plumbers, November 2, 2011 – The gentleman (Craig) assisting me with my problem was very courteous and professional. I asked if I could watch him work, he said "sure, no problem." Roto-Rooter Plumbers October 31, 2011 – I called Roto-Rooter Plumbers of Grand Rapids to put in a new drain/sewage line for my new bathroom & they called me back right away. Other places I called & I have not hear anything back for over 2 weeks. Roto-Rooter Plumbers of Grand Rapids came out & completed the work in only a few hours. They cleaned up nicely as well. Roto-Rooter Plumbers 10.24.11 – Started a load of laundry and came back to find the laundry room floor flooded. The sewer line to the main in the road was completely clogged with roots. We instantly called Roto-Rooter of Grand Rapids. Greg came out and cleaned the lines and discussed future things we could do for maintenance. What a great plumber! After an hour, we were free and clear and flowing again! Thanks Roto-Rooter!
