Fast service, quiet worker, clear explanation of problem – Edd from Roto-Rooter came the same day we called to fix the kitchen faucet. I was panicking the night before when the faucet broke (what would I do without it), and was relieved that he could come out the same day. At the same time, I was concerned because the time he was coming was my toddler's naptime, and my worktime (I work from home). He was so quiet I barely knew he was here. Roto Rooter 9/9/11 – We chose RR plumber when looking for help clearing roots out of our pipes. They responded immediately and were at our house in less than an hour. The plumber returned the next day to complete the work.

Awesome Root Killers – We live in a neighborhood where everyone struggles with roots. The trees are very old and there isn't anything you can do about it besides regular maintenance- BUT, you need to know who to call and Roto Rooter is the place that everyone calls! Our first time- now 6 years ago, we dealt with another company, they left our house filthy and had no idea what they doing, essentially wasting our time and money. Roto-Rooter Plumbers, 9/1/11 – I called around for a plumber in Grand Rapids and they were the first ones to be able to get to our house. The employee was prompt, and courteous. I was very impressed, and I was even able to use the coupon that the Roto-Rooter website offers! I'd call them again, in a heartbeat if needed!

The rite tools for the job – I had other plumbers come out to try to fix my drian, they tried but just couldn't clear it the whole length. Then I called Roto-Rooterm they cam out with there Hydro-jet and cleared all the roots from house to street. I should have called Roto-Rooter first, it would have saved me money, and time. They even gave me a Guarntee the roots won't be back anytime soon.

Roto-Rooter Plumbers 8/5/2011 – Very pleasant and professional plumber. Came from Grand Rapids, and was here at the early part of the estimated time they would be here. In and out in no time at all. Arrived on time and was very thorough.

Prompt service, professional job – Sewer line out to the street was clogged with roots. Greg was at the house within an hour and did a thorough cleaning of the pipe. He cleaned up after the job and was the most professional of the several services we have had do this work (8 times in 20 years). A little on the pricey side at $220, but close to what others are charging. Seems a very friendly and trusted type of a guy. I would have him do the work again if (when) we need it again.

Absolutely Wonderful - Couldn't be better – We have had the best experience with Roto-Rooter. Our first experience was several years ago when our sewer lines were blocked after a huge storm. They got to our home in a timely manner, and completely cleared the pipes out. They explained everything thoroughly and were great. Our second experience was when our water heater broke and was leaking. A plumber called immediately to find out what type of water heater we had and was there within two hours installing a new water heater. ... read more
