Absolutely Wonderful - Couldn't be better – We have had the best experience with Roto-Rooter. Our first experience was several years ago when our sewer lines were blocked after a huge storm. They got to our home in a timely manner, and completely cleared the pipes out. They explained everything thoroughly and were great. Our second experience was when our water heater broke and was leaking. A plumber called immediately to find out what type of water heater we had and was there within two hours installing a new water heater. ... read more

Roto-Rooter Plumbers 6/18/11 – Roto-Rooter Plumbers 06/18/11. What a relief! We have had a backup in our basement floor drain. Local competitor came out 5 times and could never seem to have the correct equipment on their truck nor could they fix, explain, locate the problem. Roto-Rooter Plumbers came out the same day, spent time asking questions about our problem and actually listened, then checked all water souces leading to outside before running a camera. Roto-Rooter Plumbers 5/15/11 – The technician was quick to respond and very thorough. Our sub-pump was replaced in less than one hour from walking into the door. He was very professional.

"Roto-Rooter Plumbers" 04/28/2011 – We had Roto Rooter come to our house to have our pipes jetted. This is the second time that we have used them and they are great. It took a long time because there were so many roots but our technician Jason did not give up! He was great. Definately would use again!

Roto-Rooter Plumbers 4/2/2011 – On Wednesday 3/30 we used the Roto-Rooter website to request an appointment between 8 AM and 12 Noon on Saturday 4/2. I received a follow-up phone call the next day, informing me that our appointment would be scheduled between 9 AM and 11 AM. At about 8:40 on Saturday morning, the service technician called to let me know he'd be arriving in an hour. As if on cue, at 9:40, he arrived and began work. When I discovered a wet basement with "stuff" floating I just had to sit down for a minute and sigh. Then I went on-line and decided I'd better get a someone here who could make my problem disappear. I found the Roto-rooters ad and phone number and made a call. I couldn't believe how quickly Gary got here. With a nice smile and friendly demeanor he put me at ease and sympathized with my predicament. Roto-Rooter Plumbers 3.30.11 – The Roto-Rooter phone was answered promptly, by a person who was courteous and helpful, and the person dispatched arrived as promised, within about an hour. He knew what he was doing, was soon joined by another person, and both worked until the job was done. They had the right equipment for the job, kept our basement clean during and after the job. There was no additional charge for an evening call. .

Roto-Rooter Plumbers – When the guy got here to clear our shower drain, he was friendly and got right to work. It only took like 10 minutes for him to complete the entire job. I didn't have to wait around for like an hour with other companies. Great service, quick and easy!
