Roto-Rooter Plumbers 11/5/12 Used Roto-Rooter to clean out my clog. Came quickly, cleaned out my clogs and used the camera to verify clean all the way out to the main - about 250 ft! Jason was polite and very helpful.
Roto-Rooter saved the day. We tried degreasers, acid (which was very stinky, I don't recommend), and rented a sewer auger (twice at a price of $64.13 each day). Still no luck. We were pleased to find that Roto-Rooter could send someone out to us the very next day (which was a Saturday). The tech was polite, knowledgable, and respectful. Wish would have made the call sooner.
Roto-Rooter Plumbers 10-19-2012 I was very pleased with the prompt service they had to offer. I called on Thursday and they were there Friday morning to scope and clean my main drain pipe. The Tech found roots and when he went to jet the drain he had some back splash that made a bit of mess. The tech promptly was on top of it and made sure I was pleased with the cleaning of the drain and the area around before he departed. Roto-Rooter offered same day service with a great price for a main line clean out. The plumber that came to my home, Jason, was very friendly, professional and took the time to explain what was being done to take care of my problem. I would definitely call Roto-Rooter again.
I called Roto-Rooter Plumbers in Grand Rapids on June 27, 2012. They were there within 2 hours. The plumber was quick, friendly, and helpful. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.
