RecommendedI had never used Roto-Router before, but had an emergency situation with the main drain line from the house to the city system. The technician, David Munoz was prompt in responding (on a Sunday evening) and did a great job. He even explained the process as he worked and was very personable and professional.
The owner, Brandon Campbell, was upset about my husband leaving the company and is now stalking and harassing him, as well as making threats. This is incredibly unprofessional and makes the entire company look bad.
Extremely disappointed in customer service. Roto-Rooter handled our basement flood. When we got our invoice through our insurance claim we noticed over a thousand dollars in billing mistakes. Claiming square footage to me more than it actually was. When I contacted them about this they basically said I was wrong and their guys measured correctly. Sam - tech - worked to fix my sewer back up explaining the process and progress.
When my basement flooded, their team was over within 15 minutes to resolve the issue and begin the water restoration process. Everyone was extremely helpful and even advocated for me when my insurance company tried to avoid covering personal property damaged in the flood.
Thank you Roto-Rooter?! We had water seeping out of our floors, which is when we realized that our sump pump wasn't working. Josh from the Grand Rapids location was here within an hour and he had the new pump installed within 20 minutes! You guys are awesome! #plumber of the year award goes to you Josh. I started my New Year off with a flooded basement... which is not awesome. What is awesome is how great of service I got from Josh, Rob, and Kevin! Of course the problem occurred late at night during the holidays so I was panicking at the thought of having to wait until Monday to get help. My home is 7 months old and the pipes back up frequently. Had them come out to clear a back up and use a see snake to figure out why the back ups are so frequent. I'm on septic so I'm very concerned about flushing or draining anything that shouldnt be. Nothing was found other then flat pipes and a slight bump. With the see snake I could watch how water acted when toilets and drains functioned. We came home from the Big 10 Championship Game Sunday afternoon to find out that our sewer line had backed up into the basement of the home we were renovating.
