Thank you Roto-Rooter?! We had water seeping out of our floors, which is when we realized that our sump pump wasn't working. Josh from the Grand Rapids location was here within an hour and he had the new pump installed within 20 minutes! You guys are awesome! #plumber of the year award goes to you Josh. I started my New Year off with a flooded basement... which is not awesome. What is awesome is how great of service I got from Josh, Rob, and Kevin! Of course the problem occurred late at night during the holidays so I was panicking at the thought of having to wait until Monday to get help. My home is 7 months old and the pipes back up frequently. Had them come out to clear a back up and use a see snake to figure out why the back ups are so frequent. I'm on septic so I'm very concerned about flushing or draining anything that shouldnt be. Nothing was found other then flat pipes and a slight bump. With the see snake I could watch how water acted when toilets and drains functioned. We came home from the Big 10 Championship Game Sunday afternoon to find out that our sewer line had backed up into the basement of the home we were renovating. I had a leak in my water pipes in the basement. Dennis the plumber came out to my home inspected and determined that my water lines needed to be replaced. He explained the process and advised me of my options. He took the time to help me understand what was causing the leak and what he could do to repair it for me. Rotor-Rooter Plumbers, Grand Rapids: 11-12-13: Had a Drain back up on us last weekend. Kevin the plumber came out and bi-passed the water softener to allow the water to stay on until they could schedule the job. Ross showed up on Tues, Nov 12 to snake the drain and unclogged it. Took him less than an hour for the fix...No mess! Did a great job! Will not hesitate to call again for future issues. Traci V.

Forget Joe the Plumber as for Dennis the Roto Rooter Plumber... We bought an old house in the Grand Rapids area that had been vacant for a year and we had cracked sewer pipes, leaking faucets, clogged drains, rusted u traps to name a few ...
