Dennis the plumber from Roto-Rooter came to my house August 12 to fix a broken shower faucet. He was great, very knowledgeable and wanted to make sure the job was done right! I had a great experience with Roto Rooter today. Nate came to the house and got everything squared away for us. He was really good about explaining everything that he was doing and letting me know what my options were. He also got me connected with a place to get the water damage taken care of. I am so grateful for his advice.
Absolute call this company. They are quick to respond. Quick to diagnose and fix the issue. Nate was delightful to work with. We had a backed up drain in the basement. He quickly figured out the issue and cleared the drain with great tips on preventing it from happening again. The price was very reasonable. I trust them completely.
Great service, great staff -- I highly recommend! Nate was courteous, friendly, informative, and did great work. He explained the problem with my drain and took care of it very efficiently. I have used Roto Rooter before and have always been well satisfied, including this time.
