Furniture is solid and the customer service and delivery is great
Be sure to ask them what day they they deliver to the town where you live before you make a purchase. They ONLY come to my town on Tuesday’s, twice a month, and are unwilling to set a shorter window than 4 hours, so I’ll need to lose a half day of work to take possession of the very expensive furniture I purchased. I won’t be shopping there again.
Ken will be the salesman I will go to each time. He was extremely helpful and patient. Will not go anywhere else to purchase my furniture because of him. Thank you for all of your help Ken !
excellent place to by furniture
Carpet installation was not great and the installers were arrogant and rude. First showed up and said they did not have instruction to screw down looses floor boards which was clearly on our order AND PAID FOR. They did not have screw him so has to reschedule which meant I took day off work for nothing. Then had taken doors off for installation, now 3 of the doors don't work properly. They've been back 2x to fix carpet lifting at edge of another floor and insist that doors don't work properly because my floors are crooked. I... read more
