Their quality salesperson, arriving for delivery when called and efficiency of assembling the furniture.
I ordered furniture 3/5 and am still waiting. While I understand COVID is no ones fault I called in June and was told to check back the beginning of July. I contacted them today and was told there is no order in my name, funny because I have the receipt with my name on it and it was already paid for! Won’t ever do business with them again. Hopefully they either give me a delivery date or refund my money!
I’ve been a customer here for years and I am never disappointed! Everyone is so helpful and the customer service is beyond incredible. I just recently purchased a mattress and my frame did not make it on the same truck in time, but Kelly went out of her way to make sure I got it on the expected delivery date! Thank you Rotmans, i’ll see you again in the future!!
I purchased a counter height table with an extended warranty. After having it less than a year, I reported damage and they said nothing they can do. Why purchase a warranty you can't use? In the future, I'll be purchasing elsewhere where they stand behind their product and have excellent customer service. In the meantime, I'll be contacting the MA Attorney General and taking this to Small Claims court. Worst customer service ever.
