I don't even know where to start with our ongoing saga with Rotman's customer service. It's been a constant issue for 4 years, with them replacing a couch that broke after a year for us but the delivery people tore our kitchen floor when moving it in. They sent a couch specialist to "fix" the floor, which just resulted in him glueing it back down and saying he couldn't do anything more.
