RecommendedWe bought a sleeper sofa and were given a 100.00 gift card. My husband and returned to use it. I was looking for two small mirrors. I asked a salesman if they had any small mirrors and he said no. Just sat on a chair and said they did not carry anything like that. We found a large mirror. Was looking for a couch and recliner that would last and they had a wide selection to choose from. Leo was very knowledgeable and wasn’t pushy at all. Prices were right in line for what we were expecting to pay. 5*

Good product, good prices and helpful staff
Rotman’s has a great variety and if nothing else, it’s a great place to get decorating ideas. I was just there 2 days ago looking for a sideboard/server because I had a 55% off coupon. I did see something I like, although not 100% certain it’s what I wanted. I went on line to research the piece a bit more and found that the price with 55% off was the same as the regular price at other stores! I ended up not purchasing anything because I felt taken advantage of. Lesson learned...so your homework and shop around.
Went to Rotman's today to check out prices and get ideas for kitchen Flooring. I was the only customer in this department. The salesman immediately gave me the impression that I was bothering him as he had to interrupt his conversation with a warehouse employee. He brought me to the flooring and proceeded to act like he could care less if I bought anything or not. I walked out and bought my new flooring elsewhere at a much better price. Stay away from the flooring section!!
