Good furniture at a really great price quality sales people
carpet installers are great, but every time I have bought furniture from this place it had been horrible. waited a month for a very expensive bed for my daughter and when it came in the whole thing was destroyed. granted they have us a "loaner bed" but this place is just a head ache.

I purchased a $3000 kitchen table and the accident warranty. My table started to bubble and they refuse to fix it. Do not buy the warranty. It’s a waste of money.
Rotman's turned my 1 star to 5 stars. Yes the bedroom set took awhile to arrive, however the owner and admin staff did their best to get the bedroom set delivered. They stayed in constant communication with me re: time frames right down to the delivery. Follow up calls after delivery as well. Great communication and customer service. Yes it was a negative experience at first but they seriously made me feel think they were really trying to get me what was purchased and felt like I was being heard. The salesman was easy to deal with and the delivery people were great
My sales person Michelle was helpful and professional. The delivery men were very polite, on time and professional. It was a very nice experience overall.
