Chair has been broken since September. Every time I call to inquire I speak with a very friendly accommodating person who will check on the status of the parts and get back to me. I don’t hear anything until the next time I call and the cycle continues. I have one power reclining section that has the wrong buttons because they sent the wrong one last time and I have an unusable section of the sectional that needs a mechanism. I ordered a bedroom set, mattress and box spring in November. it was special order so was told it would be 6-8 weeks. I called after 8 weeks to see when it would be delivered and was told the factory had a delay and that it wouldn't be to the store till Feb 10th. I called on Feb 14 to get an update. Did not get a call back till today and was told the warehouse was closed for the weekend. They won't have any answers for me till Monday. 14 weeks and I am still sleeping on the floor with no end in site. So much for customer ser... read more

Very happy with my new furniture.... delivery was seamless.... I have used Rotman’s before and will again....
I like their furniture a lot but.... we ordered two nightstands, a new bed, frame, headboard, footboard , mattress. We got everything by the nightstands because they had to order them. Said it would take 2-6 weeks. That was Nov 8 and not getting the nightstand til first week in Feb. why does it take so long?

Do to the fact that my wife and I bought 6000 dollars worth the furniture there and a few months after we started noticing some defects and we had called called them to see what the warranty covers...especially my couch so back of June 2018 we had someone come out and check it out and they had to order parts come September of 2018 they called and said your parts for your couch are in but we can’t come and fix it till January so we said ok fine.....so yesterday was when they were supposed to come and they called and had to re... read more
We bought at rotmans a bedroom set, dining room set, living room set, plus an oversized mirror, 3 beautiful lamps, desk, rugs! Delivery is good. People were very helpful. Plus I got a 1000. gift card. Would highly recomend.😊
