My primary dr sugested i go for sciatica probs going down into my legs w/burning & tingling.. I saw Dr Amy Scheider who told me to go for phy therapy to strethen my lower back & we’d take it from there. These guys are running a scam. My insurance deductible has $600 left. I needed an epidural injection, they wanted to charge me $1200 for the physician fee and $790 for th facility fee for the procedure. They refused to sent these fees through my insurance and demanded that I pay them immediately or I could not have the procedure. I called THEIR own "financial counseling center" and was told that they could only charge me what was left from my deductible. Dr. Kwok and Rothman put their own financial interests ahead of their patients'. They prescribed a wrist orthotic and sold it to me on the spot for $50. When the orthotic failed because it wouldn't stay put I discovered that I could have purchased the exact same device online for less than $4! That is an outrageous markup! Sold in a predatory manner. Worse, even though it fails to work properly, Rothman won't accept returns leaving me stuck with a useless piece of Velcro while or 50 bucks.

I have been WRONGLY CHARGED for a visit I NEVER had. It has been 2 months since I have been charged. I have called the billing department, spoken to several representatives, and all say my money will be refunded, but nothing happens. I have asked to speak to a manager on several occasions and there's never a manager available. They are always "in meetings" or "out-of-office". I had an appointment today at the Rothman Institute in Willow Grove Pennsylvania. my appointment was for 11:10 AM. I was told to arrive 30 minutes before my appointment. I arrived around 10:35 or 10:40 AM. Everything went smoothly until it was time for my appointment I was checked in. I had my x-ray by approximately 11:00 AM. I sat and waited and waited and waited.
