Rooter Man was great. On time (in fact called and asked if it was ok to come 10 minutes early), professional, and polite. The work was to scope a camera down the sewer line. He allowed me to watch and showed me the concerns. I will definitely recommend him to anyone who needs this service.

Contacted Rooterman at 8:30am with Tammy taking the call. Right off the get go I felt I had made a good choice. She was friendly,and professional and assured me they could help. Bill C. was at the house at 12 noon. He was quick to assess the issue and give us the cost of unclogging our main drain. His personality and sincerity made me feel like I was dealing with a good neighbor. He took care of the problem and made suggestions to prevent reoccurrence.
I had a plugged main sewer line. Bill C. called when he was on the way and arrived promptly at the beginning of the window I was told to expect him. He was highly professional and courteous, but also had a great sense of humor. He quickly diagnosed what needed to be done and gave a detailed explanation as well as an estimate. He went out of his way to explain what he found and offered great advice. Very pleased with this company and their service!
Bill was wonderful. Did exactly what he said he would do and found the root of my problem almost immediately.... Very professional!. wouldn't hesitate to call them again.
Bill C. was very professional and easy to talk to. He was able to arrive earlier than our assigned time so he called to let us know. He was also great with our dogs.
We called Rooterman 911 and Bill C. was at our door in about an hour! He was very friendly and explained in detail what he would do and how much it would cost which I appreciated. We have had this problem in the past and had different services come out but I truly feel Rooterman 911 - Bill C has done the best job yet! Water was not draining from our washer and actually overflowing in our basement. We had a mess!
